X5CrNi18-10 재질은 오스테나이트 스텐레스입니다.
Material Number 1.4301 이고, AISI 304 재질과 대응됩니다.
스텐레스로는 가장 많이 쓰이는 재질이고, X5CrNi18-10,
18% Chromium, 10% Nickel 수준의 합금량입니다.
X5CrNi18-10 스텐은 높은 입계 부식 (粒界腐蝕) 저항성 재질이고
용접성, 냉간 성형성, deep drawing 성능이 좋은 재료입니다.
냉간 가공으로 강도를 높일 수 있지만, 스프링 수준으로는 어렵고
비자성이지만, 냉간 가공시 자성을 있을 수 있고, 저온 취성에 강합니다.
※ Brittleness (취성 : 脆性 : 메짐성)

It is usually compared by the strength of impact or the surface conditions of fracture.
20℃＜ 0℃＜ -20℃＜-40℃＜-60℃＜-100℃ 저온으로 가면 갈수록
Brittleness (취성 : 깨지는 성질)는 급격히 증가하며, 구조체의 안전을 확보해야 할
철강 구조체가, 온도가 내려가는 환경에서 버티는 성질이 중요합니다.
※ 입계 부식 (Intergranular corrosion : 粒界腐蝕)
금속의 결정 입계 (grain boundary) 또는 근처에서 발생하는 부식
Corrosion in or adjacent to the grain boundaries of the metal.
※ Corrosion (부식 : 腐蝕)
Physicochemical interaction between a metal and its environment that results
in changes in the properties of the metal, and which may lead to significant
impairment of the function of the metal, or the technical system,

금속과 그 주변 환경의 물리 화학적 상호 작용으로 금속의 성질을
