ASME 규격으로는 SA209-T1, ASTM 규격으로는 A209-T1 재질은
Molybdenum 0.5% 합금강 Seamless Tube로 Super-heat 용도입니다.
SA209-T1 은, 탄소 합금강으로, 탄소강에 몰리브덴을 합금하면, 고온 강도가
향상되고 카바이드가 형성돼, 흑연화를 방지 할 수 있습니다.
SA209-T1 재질은 탄소강을 기본으로 하고, 0.44~0.65 몰리브덴 합금으로
부식성에서는 탄소강과 비슷하니, 비부식성 환경에서 사용해야 합니다.
하지만 SA209-T1, A209-T1 재질의 공급애로가 발생하는 경우가 있고
이런 경우 비교 가능한 EN 16Mo3 재질까지 사용검토가 바람직합니다.
※ Molybdenum (Mo : 몰리브덴)
Its use as an alloying element in steel increase hardenability and
in low alloy steels reduces the risk of temper brittleness.
It is used in stainless steels as well as high speed steels.
It is increases the high-temperature tensile and creep strengths in steel.
몰리브덴은 경화능 향상 원소이고, 저합금강에서는 템퍼 취성을 감소 시키는
역할을 합니다. 몰리브덴은 고속도강부터 스텐레스까지 합금 되는 원소입니다.
몰리브덴은 강에서 고온 강도와 크리프 강도를 높여주는 역할을 합니다.
※ 흑연화 (graphitization : 黑鉛化)
흑연상태의 탄소 석출을 말합니다.

※ Steels for boilers
Steel products manufactured for boilers and pressure vessels which
require strength at a high temperature and weldability.
They are generally used for the principal portions of
boilers and pressure vessels.
보일러 및 압력 용기용으로서 고온 강도, 용접성을 중요시해서
제조 된 강재로 보통, 보일러 및 압력 용기의 주요 부분에 사용됩니다.
