Ni-Cr-Mo Low Alloy 합금강으로, SNCM420H 강재는 탄소량 0.20% 수준에
열처리성 높은 니켈-크롬-몰리브덴 합금으로, 좋은 인성과 강도 재료입니다.
한쪽 경화능 강재인 경우는 SNCM420H 라고 “H”를 붙이고, 아닌 경우는
SNCM420 으로, 침탄 표면 경화강으로 쓰이는 경우가 많은 재질입니다.
Ni-Cr-Mo Low Alloy 합금강 규격 재료로는 SNCM220H, SNCM420H
2 종류가 있고, 주로 기계 구조용으로 사용해, 대형 기어, 롤러 베어링 용도로 쓰입니다.
QT 열처리 하면 980 MPa minimum 의 높은 인장강도 재료이고 경도 293~375 HBW,
연신율 15%, 단면 수축율 40% min. 수준이지만, 이는 열처리 온도에 따라 다릅니다.
※ Carburizing (침탄 : 浸炭)
Thermochemical treatment which is applied to a ferrous product heated
to a temperature AC1, to obtain a surface enrichment in carbon and
nitrogen, which are in solid solution in the austenite.
Generally, this operation is followed immediately by quench hardening.
The medium in which carburizing takes place should be specified,
e.g. gas, salt bath, etc.
＊AC1 : temperature at which austenite begins to form during heating.
오스테나이트 상태의 철강재에서 표면에만 오스테나이트 중의 고용 탄소의
농도를 높이고자 시행하는 열 화학적 처리로, 침탄 된 철강재는 그 즉시 또는
이후에 급랭 담금질 처리가 뒤따라야 하며, 침탄에 이용한 가스나 고체 등의
매질 표시가 반드시 표기되어야 합니다.
＊AC1 : 가열하는 동안 오스테나이트가 생성되기 시작하는 온도.
※ Reduction of area (RA : 斷面收縮率 : 단면 수축율)
Percentage of the difference between the minimum sectional
area after fracture and the original sectional area of test piece
to the original sectional area.
In KS and JIS, it is required only for test pieces with circular section.
시험편 파단 후의 최소 단면적과 그 원단면적의 차를
원단면적에 대한 백분율로 나타낸 것.
KS, JIS에서는 원형 단면의 시험편에서 비율을 구합니다.
