SUS631 RH950 스텐레스는 알루미늄을 석출경화 원소로 이용한
고강도 스텐레스로, 오스테나이트 스텐레스 보다는 내식성에서
떨어지지만, 오스테나이트 스텐레스 대부분 항복강도 205 MPa minimum 일 때
SUS631 RH950 강재의 항복강도는 1030 MPa minimum 의 고항복강도 입니다.
SUS631 RH950 재질의 RH950 은, 열처리 온도 화씨 950℉ 를 의미하고
A693-631 S17700 와 대응되는 315℃ (600℉) 수준까지 사용되는 강재입니다.
※ Temper RH950 : After solution treatment, hold at (955℃±10) ℃ for 10 min,
air cool to room temperature, hold at (-73℃±6℃) for 8 h within 24 h,
and after holding at (510±10) ℃ for 60 min air cool.
고용화 열처리 후, (955℃±10) ℃ 에 10분 유지, 실온까지 공랭, 24시간 이내에
(-73±6) ℃ 에 8시간 유지, (510±10)℃ 에 60분 유지 후 공랭.
※ Precipitation (석출 : 析出)
A phenomenon in which a crystal of a different phase is
separated from a solid solution and grows.
고용체로부터 분리된 다른상의 결정체가 나타나는 현상으로
합금 금속에서 나타나는, 탄소와 크롬이 결합된 Cr23C6, Mg2Si,
MgZn2, 와 같이 표기되는 금속간 물질을 말합니다.
이와 같은 현상은 스텐레스, 알루미늄 합금, 동 합금 등에서
나타날 수 있으며, 합금에 의해 또는 합금 재료의 열처리에 의해
이런 현상이 나타나면 금속의 강도와 경도가 높아집니다.
※ 열처리( Heat Treatment : 熱處理)
철강재의 전체 또는 일부에 열 사이클을 적용하여 그 성질 또는 조직을 변화 시키는
일련의 작업으로, 철강재의 화학 조성은 이러한 작업 과정으로 변할 수 있습니다.

or partially exposed to thermal cycles to bring about a change in its
properties and/or structure.
