16Mo3 Plate는, 탄소강 강판이 아니고, 몰리브덴 합금강판입니다.
몰리브덴 합금으로 탄소강 강판보다 높은 온도에서
크리프 강도가 높고, P235GH, P265GH, 295GH 계열의 압력용기용
강판보다, 100℃ 수준이 높은 500℃ 까지 상승하는 온도에서 항복강도
108 MPa 수준의 높은 기계적 성질을 가지는 유럽형 강판 규격입니다.
SS400, SM490 강재가 350℃ 수준인 것과 비교하면 상당히 높은 온도입니다.
강판 규격인 16Mo3 Plate 는, DIN-EN 10028-2 규정과
EN 10163-2 — 열간 압연 강판의 표면 품질 규정이 동시에 적용 될 수 있습니다.
※ Creep resistance (내크리프성)
a property of resistance against a phenomenon in which
strain in the lapse of time under a fixed stress at a high
temperature called high temperature creep.
고온의 일정한 압력을 받는 환경에서 물질의 변형이
시간이 경과함에 따라 증가하는 현상을 고온 크립이라고 하고
이에 견디는 성질을 말합니다.
※ Molybdenum (Mo)
Its use as an alloying element in steel increase hardenability and
in low alloy steels reduces the risk of temper brittleness.
It is used in stainless steels as well as high speed steels.
It is increases the high-temperature tensile and creep strengths in steel.
몰리브덴은 경화능 향상 원소이고, 저합금강에서는 템퍼 취성을 감소 시키는
역할을 합니다. 몰리브덴은 고속도강부터 스텐레스까지 합금 되는 원소입니다.
몰리브덴은 강에서 고온 강도와 크리프 강도를 높여주는 역할을 합니다.
