Alloy A286 재료는 ASTM A453-660, A638-660 재질과 대응 가능합니다.
고온 내열성 재료로 650℃ 에서 stress rupture 규정이 있는 강재입니다.
A453-660 강재는 650℃/10h/385 MPa
A638-660 강재는 650℃/23h/450 MPa 각각 조건이 있는 재료입니다.
Alloy A286 합금은 UNS S66286 번호가 같으며,
열처리 시간과 조건이 같습니다.
A453-660 Class B 의 경우, Solution 1800±25℉/hold 2h min./liquid quench
hardening treatment 1325±25℉/hold 16h/air cool
A638-660 Type 2 : Solution 1800±25℉/hold 2h min./oil or water quench
Precipitation hardening treatment 1300~1400℉/hold 16h/air or furnace cool
또한 A286 Grade 660 합금은 A453-660 Class A, A638-660 Type 1 의
화학 조성, 열처리 조건, 기계적 성질에서도 대응되는 석출 경화 고온 고강도
고온 내산화성 재료이고, Solution Annealed + Aged, Ground 표면 상태로
주로 공급되며, ASTM A388 — 단조재에 대한 UT 테스트 조건이 있을 수 있습니다.
※ Stress-Rupture Test (應力破斷試驗 : 응력 파단 시험)

held at such a level as to cause rupture.
인장 시험으로 일정 온도에서 하중을 줘, 파괴를 일으키는 시험을 말합니다.
※ Ground products (연삭 제품 : 硏削製品)
Drawn or turned round bars given an improved surface quality and
dimensional accuracy by grinding or grinding and polishing.
인발 (引拔)이나 선삭품 (旋削品)을 표면 품질, 치수의 정밀도를 향상 시키려고
표면을 연마 (硏摩)하거나 광내기 연마한 제품을 말합니다.
※ Heat Resistance (내열성 : 耐熱性)
Property of materials that are used at above 550℃ (for steel : wustite point)
due to their excellent resistance to the effects of hot gases and products of
combustion as well as their resistance to the influence of molten salts and
molten metals but also showing good mechanical properties during short
and long-time stressing.
내열성은 550℃ 를 넘는 연소 가스의 영향에 저항성 성질 뿐 아니라 용융염,
용융 금속에도, 짧은 시간부터 오랜 기간 응력에 대한 영향에서, 좋은 기계적
성질과 내산화 내부식 성질입니다.
대개의 금속은 540~550℃ 수준을 넘는 온도 노출되면 미세 구조의 변화로
심한 연성 저하와 충격 강도의 저하가 있습니다.
