12CrMo5, 재료 번호 1.7362 강재는 5Cr-0.5Mo 합금강재입니다.
크롬 함량이 높을수록 산화 저항성이 높아져, 고온용 압력용기 재료로 쓰입니다.
13CrMo4-5 — 1Cr-1/2Mo,10CrMo9-10, 11CrMo9-10 — 2-1/4Cr1Mo 보다도
12CrMo5 — 5Cr-1/2Mo, 크롬 합금량이 더 높은 합금강재가,
더 높은 온도에서 더 높은 0.2% 항복강도이고, 더 높은 온도까지
크리프 파괴 강도 값을 가지고, 더 높은 내산화 성질입니다.
12CrMo5 (1.7362) 합금강은 A182 F5, 13CrMo4-5 (1.7335) — A182 F12-2
10CrMo9-10 (1.7380) 과 11CrMo9-10 (1.7383) 합금은 ASTM A182-F22-3 과 비교됩니다.
이들 재질은 주로 고온용으로 사용되며, 고온에서 황에 의한 내식성이
요구되면서 용접성도 요구될 때 사용되는 크롬과 몰리브덴 합금강재입니다.
※ Chromium (Cr : 크롬)
When used as an alloying element, chromium increases the hardenability of steel
and in association with high carbon gives resistance to wear and abrasion.
Chromium has an important effect on corrosion resistance and is present
in stainless steels in amounts of 11.5-20%.
크롬은 강에 합금 원소로 사용되며, 크롬량이 증가하면 경화성이 높아지고
고탄소강에는 내마모 성질을 부여합니다. 크롬은 스텐레스강에서 가장
중요한 원소로 11.5~20% 수준 합금돼, 내식 성질을 부여합니다.
※ Creep resistance (내크리프성)
a property of resistance against a phenomenon in which
strain in the lapse of time under a fixed stress at a high
temperature called high temperature creep.
고온의 일정한 압력을 받는 환경에서 물질의 변형이
시간이 경과함에 따라 증가하는 현상을 고온 크립이라고 하고
이에 견디는 성질을 말합니다.
