B164 N08800 Tube, Pipe 재질은 고온용 니켈-철-크롬 합금입니다.
ASTM 에서는 N08800 재질은 593℃ (1100℉) 이하의 온도에서 사용하고
N08810, N08811 재질은 593℃ (1100℉) 이상의 온도에서 사용하는 재질 규정입니다.
열 교환기, 침탄 설비, 원자력발전소 튜브, 파이프, 로 (爐 : furnace)로 쓰입니다.
N08800 — Alloy 800, N08810 — Alloy 800H, N08811 — Alloy 800HT 라고도
부르고, 제조사 이름으로 Incoloy®800 이라고도 부릅니다.
우수한 고온강도, 내(耐) 산화성, 내침탄, 내황화 성질이고, 튜브 파이프는
ASTM B163, B407, B514, B515, B751 규정의 재질입니다.
※ Oxidation resistance (내산화성 : 耐酸化性)
A property of oxidation resistance at a high temperature.
고온에서 산화 (철의 부식)에 견디는 성질을 말합니다.
※ Heat Resistance (내열성 : 耐熱性)
Property of materials that are used at above 550℃ (for steel : wustite point)
due to their excellent resistance to the effects of hot gases and products of
combustion as well as their resistance to the influence of molten salts and
molten metals but also showing good mechanical properties during short
and long-time stressing.
내열성은 550℃ 를 넘는 연소 가스의 영향에 저항성 성질 뿐 아니라 용융염,
용융 금속에도, 짧은 시간부터 오랜 기간 응력에 대한 영향에서, 좋은 기계적
성질과 내산화 내부식 성질입니다.
대개의 금속은 540~550℃ 수준을 넘는 온도 노출되면 미세 구조의 변화로
심한 연성 저하와 충격 강도의 저하가 있습니다.
