STEELMAX Steel Story
DTD189A 재질은 영국 국방성 규격의 내식성 와이어 규격입니다.
항공기 산업 결속용으로 주로 사용되며, 비중 8.0 g/㎤ 의 재료입니다,
18% 수준의 크롬과 9% 수준의 크롬 합금과 높은 탄소량으로
Type 303 처럼 보이지만, 탄화물 안정화 원소인 니오븀 (컬럼븀) 합금으로
차이가 있으며, wire 제작 특유의 냉간 인발 과정으로, 가공 효과에 의한
600~800 MPa 수준의 인장강도이고, 공급 조건은 Annealed 상태입니다.
제품의 형상은 원형 와이어, 평 와이어, 환봉이고, Coils, Spools
형태로 사용 온도는 -200℃ ~ +300℃ 입니다.

wire rod mainly cold-formed by drawing and wound in coil
The cross-section is generally circular and there are ellipse, squire,
rectangle, hexagon, octagon, other section(other than steel strip)
Generally it has a constant cross-section for full length and
section dimension is very small comparing to the length.
선재를 주로 하여, 신선 등의 냉간가공을 하여, 코일상으로 감긴 것.
단면의 모양은 원형, 정방형, 육각형, 장방형, 및 이형 등이 있습니다.
