Incoloy® Alloy 800H 용접관은 ASTM B514 고온용 니켈 합금 Pipe 규정이고
Seamless Pipe 경우는 ASTM B407 규정으로 각각 구분합니다.
Incoloy® Alloy 800H 파이프 합금 특징은 무엇보다 고온용 금속이라는 것으로
600℃ 고온에서도 내산화성, 내침탄성, 고온 강도, 고온 부식 저항성, 내황화성 재질입니다.
고온에서 좋은 크리프강도와 파괴 강도의 니켈-크롬-철 합금 파이프입니다.
로(爐 : furnace) 환경에서 스테인리스 내열강 Type 310S 보다도 높은 부식 저항성입니다.
이와 같은 니켈 합금 Incoloy® Alloy 800H 용접관은 슈퍼히터 파이프, 고온 열교환기,
원자력 발전소, 열처리로, 산업용 로, 제약산업, 정유산업에 쓰입니다.

※ Creep strength (크리프 강도)
Stress to cause specified strain in specified loading period of
time at constant temperature.
For example, the stress causing strain 1%, 0.1%, 0.01% in 1000h.
일정 온도하에서, 규정된 부하 시간에 규정된 변형이 생기는 응력을 말합니다.
예를 들면 1000 시간에 1%, 0.1% 또는 0.01%의 변형이 생기는 응력이 사용됩니다.
※ Creep Resisting Materials (크리프 저항성 재료)
Steels, nickel alloy, cobalt alloy with minimum 8% chromium, which
are characterized by good mechanical behavior at temperature above
500℃ under long-range service conditions, i.e. primarily by creep strength
to 1% plastic strain or creep rupture strength during long-time stressing.
적어도 크롬 8% 이상 합금강, 니켈 합금, 코발트 합금으로 500℃ 이상에서
오랜 시간 사용해도 좋은 기계적 성질을 보이는 금속으로, 다시 말하면
1% 소성 변형 또는 오랜 시간 응력이 작용하는 크립 파단 강도가 있는 금속을 말합니다.

Gradual chemical or electrochemical attack on the metal by
atmosphere, moisture or other agents.
금속과 그 주변 환경의 물리 화학적 상호 작용으로 금속의
성질을 변하게 합니다. 이로 인해 금속, 환경 또는 기술 시스템
전체 또는 일부의 기능에 심각한 손상이 유발될 수 있습니다.
이 상호작용은 간혹 전기화학적인 특성을 나타냅니다.
