2.0321 재질 번호, 재질 명칭 CuZn37은 이전의 DIN 17660 규정 재료입니다.
구리 63%, 아연 37% 수준의 합금량을 가지는 황동 (Yellow Brass)입니다.
현행 규정 DIN-EN 12167 Bar 규격, CW508L 재질입니다.
우수한 절곡성, 내식성, 냉간 압조성 (cold heading), 단조성, 용접성 성질입니다.
열교환기와 장식용품, 자동화 산업, 정밀부품 산업에 쓰이고,
전연성이 좋고 딥 드로잉 용도로 쓰기에 좋은 재질입니다.
※ Deep Drawability (심 가공성)
The degree that the material on the surface on dies is drawn
in to the hole, They may be classified into drawability,
deep drawability, and extra deep drawability.
가공 될 소재가 다이스 금형 구멍 안에서 조리개 가공 될 수 있는 정도를
의미하며, 그 정도에 따라, 가공성, 심 가공성, 초심 가공성으로 구별합니다.
※ 전연성 (展延性 : punch stretch-ability : stretch formability)
Capability of material to be formed into defined form and dimensions
by expanding and bulging a part of plane sheet or formed products.
평판 또는 이미 성형 된 제품의 일부를 늘리든가 (부풀게 하든가) 튀어
나오게 하여 소정의 형상 치수로 성형할 수 있는 정도를 말합니다.

냉간 압조할 때의 가공하기 쉬운 정도
일반적으로 정해진 모양으로 냉간 가공할 때, 응력 균열이 없다든가, 표면 형상이
좋은 것 등은 냉압성(冷壓性)이 좋다고 합니다.
