SFNCM 980S 강재는 Steel Forgings Ni-Cr-Mo 영어 약자에
인장강도 980 MPa minimum의 합금 단조강 규격 Symbol 입니다.
축상 단강품 (rod shapes)인 경우는 SFNCM980S,
환상 단강품 (ringing shapes)인 경우는 SFNCM980R
원판 단강품 (disk shapes)인 경우는 SFNCM980D 로 구분하고 이들 간에는
약간씩 항복강도 차이가 있고, 규정 개정전 이름은 SFNCM 100S 입니다.
SFNCM 980S 재질이 있는 KS D 4117 규정 여러 재질의 화학원소 기준은 동일하지만
항복강도, 인장강도 등, 기계적 성질은 열처리에 의해 차이를 둔 재질 군(群)으로
+QT 열처리성이 좋은 니켈과 크롬, 몰리브덴의 합금으로 높은 강도 실현이 가능한
합금강으로, As Roll 상태 사용은 거의 없고, Normalizing 또는 +QT 열처리 사용합니다.
KS D 4117 단강 합금강은 JIS G 3222 규정과 대응되지만, 약간의 차이가 있고
환봉, 축, 크랭크, 피니언, 기어, 플랜지, 휠, 디스크 용도입니다.
※ Steel forging (단조강)
Steel ingot or semi-finished product to be wrought and formed to
provide a suitable wrought ratio and generally heat treated to
provide desired mechanical properties
적당한 단련 성형비를 주도록 강괴 또는 강편을 단련 성형하고
원하는 (소정의) 기계적 성질을 얻기 위해 열처리를 시행한 것을 말합니다.
※ Forging ratio (단조비 : 鍛造比)
The degree of the size of deformation by the operation of forging.
It is generally presented by appending the symbol of operation
type to the ratio of the cross-sectional area before forging
to the sectional area after finishing forging.
단조(단련) 작업에 따른 변형 크기의 정도를 말하며
일반적으로는 단조전의 단면적과 단조후의 단면적을 비율을 말합니다.
