A580-304 Wire 제품은 냉간 인발과 Annealed 풀림 열처리 조건이거나
Spring Temper 조건으로 강도를 높인 형태로의 공급이 대부분입니다.
Annealed 조건에서 인장강도 520 MPa minimum으로, 520~800 MPa 수준이고
Spring Temper에서는 1300~2200 MPa 수준으로 높은 강도로, 차이가 있습니다.
304 Wire 재질은 좋은 내식성과 가공성으로 인발 후 높은 기계적 성질이 가능하고 Wire 제품은
ASTM A313 — Stainless Spring Wire, A580 – Stainless Wire 규정의 적용을 받습니다.
304 제품은 극저온 환경인 -200℃에서도 사용 가능하고, 300℃ 고온에서도
사용 가능한 범위를 가지는 성질이고, 엔지니어링 부품, 메쉬, 와이어 피복 용도로 쓰입니다.
오스테나이트 스테인리스 계열 와이어로는 302, 304, 316, 316Ti, 316LVM
321 재질이 있고, 니켈합금, 듀플렉스, 모넬, 와스팔로이, 니트로닉 제품군입니다.
※ Spring steel(스프링강)
Steels which are of silicon-manganese series, manganese-chromium
series, chromium-vanadium series, etc. and of which property of spring
given by heating, after forming into laminated spring, coil spring, etc.
by heat-treatment principally.
As spring steels in a broad sense, the steels of which performance is
raised by cold working and heat treatment such as piano wires hard
drawn steel wires, stainless steel wires, oil tempered wires and cold
rolled steel strip, and which are formed into small springs, such as
wire springs and flat spring are also included.
탄소계, 실리콘-망간계, 망간-크롬계, 크롬-바나듐계 등의 강철로 주로 열간에서
겹친 판 스프링, 코일 스프링 등으로 성형 가공하고, 열처리를 해서 스프링 성능을
부여하는 강철로, 넓은 뜻의 스프링강으로서는 피아노 선, 경강선, 스테인레스 강선
오일 템퍼선, 냉간압연 강대 등과 같이, 냉간가공 및 열처리로서, 스프링 성능을
높인, 선 스프링, 박판 스프링 등 소형 스프링으로 가공한 강철도 포함합니다.
※ Temper (질별 : 質別)
금속 또는 합금에 요구되는 특정한 물리적 및/또는 기계적 성질을
부여하는 공정으로 (예를 들어 기계적 처리 및/또는 열처리) 후의
제품의 상태를 말합니다.
