STEELMAX Steel Story
1.4944 재질은 고온인 704℃ 수준까지 고온 내식성을 가지는 철을 base metal로
하고, 오스테나이트 석출 경화 재료로 고온에서 극저온까지 사용하는 재질입니다.
1.4944 합금은 고온 내식성 뿐 아니라 982℃ 수준까지 내산화성, 내 크리프성이고
elevated temperature 환경이면서, 황을 함유한 환경에 우수한 내식성입니다.
1.4944, X5NiCrTiMoV26-15 합금은 제조사 ATI 상표, ATI A286 ™, UNS S66286,
EN 10269 1.4980, X6NiCrTiMoVB25-15-2, AMS 5525, AMS 5858 대응됩니다.
높은 내식성과 강도로 제트엔진, 미사일 부품, afterburner, 파스너,
압출 다이 용도로 쓰이며, A453-660, A638-660, AISI 660 재질과도 대응됩니다.
※ Aging treatment (시효 처리 : Precipitation Hardening : 석출 경화)

bring its properties to the required level.
Note : It consists of heating to and socking at one or more
specified temperature, followed by appropriate cooling.
철강재가 필요한 성질을 가지도록 용체화 처리한 뒤에 적용하는 열처리.
이 처리는 가열한 뒤 정해진 하나 또는 두 온도에서 일정 시간 유지하는
균열화 처리 후 적절하게 냉각하는 공정으로 이루어집니다.
※ Oxidation resistance (내산화성 : 耐酸化性)
A property of oxidation resistance at a high temperature.
고온에서 산화 (철의 부식)에 견디는 성질을 말합니다.
※ Creep Resisting Materials (크리프 저항성 재료)
Steels, nickel alloy, cobalt alloy with minimum 8% chromium, which
are characterized by good mechanical behavior at temperature above
500℃ under long-range service conditions, i.e. primarily by creep strength
to 1% plastic strain or creep rupture strength during long-time stressing.
적어도 크롬 8% 이상 합금강, 니켈합금, 코발트 합금으로 500℃ 이상에서
오랜 시간 사용해도 좋은 기계적 성질을 보이는 금속으로, 다시 말하면
1% 소성 변형 또는 오랜 시간 응력이 작용하는 크립 파단 강도가 있는 금속을 말합니다.
